Smooth Jazz

This Lemoyne Star quilt is a variation on the traditional. You will make banded Lemoynes and reverse half of them to make an interesting layout. You can use one background fabric or go scrappy–have a little fun! You will use the Rapid Fire Lemoyne Star ruler from Studio 180 to make these stars as perfect as possible. There are no dreaded Y seams. Construction is straightforward with excellent directions from Sue Tucker. You can also use yardage or fat quarters. You will make at least one star in class.
