Let’s Get Crafty: Art of Kinusaiga

Come join our new Let’s Get Crafty series. This session we will learn the history and technique of Kinusaiga. Kinusaiga, sometimes called “quilt without thread”, is a Japanese textile art form invented in the 1980s. Instead of sewing, crafters score a design into a foam and tuck the raw edges of vibrant fabric scraps into the grooves to create textured pictures.
