Thread Painting
Exploring THREAD PAINTING…or Stitches with Attitude! I look forward to having you in the class to explore how to use thread to enhance any project. We take the fear out of trying this technique. You do not need to have a fancy sewing machine to do thread painting; however, you must be able to drop the feed dogs, in good working order machine, and have straight and zig zag capabilities. You will need to be familiar with your machine. We will play, play, play while you learn this technique. You will bring something you want to use as you learn, like a panel, a large floral print, or animal print. It will be great to explore your machine and all the textures you can create. Bring snacks, drink and lunch.
