This is a 3D contemporary modern quilt design for the avid quilter. Finished quilt size is 89” x 104”. No Y-seams. This quilt could also be made without borders as a wall hanging. However, I believe that the borders make the quilt more captivating on a bed, as the borders drape off the edge. This fits a queen size bed. The block is divided into 9 sections. We will learn Sections 1-5 in the first class, and Sections 6-9 plus borders in the second class.
